The machine is specially designed for corrugated cardboard boxes. The printing area adopts a digital nozzle, which does not require plate making and can be easily printed through software; Water based ink, safe and environmentally friendly; The die-cutting part adopts servo blade arrangement, achieving one key change of length, width, and height, eliminating waste of cardboard. The operation is simple, easy to learn, and easy to master, making it very suitable for high value-added, small and medium-sized batch orders.

2. No need for plate making, one finished product, zero waste.
3. The main transmission gear is made of 20 CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel and subjected to high-frequency quenching treatment. It is processed by high-precision grinding with a Swiss imported gear machine, and the gears are precision machined
4. High hardness, strong wear resistance, stable and reliable transmission, Rockwell hardness HRC58-62 degrees (same level accuracy as automotive transmissions)
5. PLC touch screen control, including automatic counting, speed, quantity display, separation, and alarm light functions.
6. High quality materials and accessories are selected, and all transmission rollers are made of high-quality steel. They have been calibrated for dynamic and static balance, and polished with hard chrome plating after grinding.
