Product Description
Main principles
This machine is powered by a gear reduction motor, controlled by a frequency converter for speed regulation. It is transmitted through the motor sprocket to the lower wax coating roller sprocket. The wax coating roller sprocket is equipped with a large transmission sprocket, which simultaneously transmits power to the lower wax separation roller, upper wax coating roller, and upper wax separation roller, thus completing the wax coating work. The sprocket on the other side of the lower wax coating roller transfers power to the conveyor frame, allowing the cooling conveyor frame to work synchronously with the wax coating machine.
Structural Description
This machine is mainly composed of five parts: chain conveyor, main engine and transmission, cooling conveyor, high-level wax melting tank, and electrical department.
