AYFM-1060 fully automatic vertical high-speed laminating machine is a standard configuration of the vertical machine series, designed for water-based adhesives, and can also use oil-based adhesives and pre coated films. It is a three purpose machine with high automation, fast laminating speed, and high accuracy. The electrical system adopts programmable centralized control, and the human-machine interaction touch screen is simple and easy to use.
Configuration and features:
1. Automatic High Speed Flying Head: The machine adopts an automatic high-speed printing flying head, with a maximum speed of up to 100m/min. The paper feeding servo control, combined with an non-stop pre stacking system, greatly improves production efficiency.
2. High precision lap control: Servo control synchronized with Feida, lap accuracy controlled within ± 2mm, combined with high-precision front and pull gauges to ensure paper feeding accuracy.
3. Automatic shutdown protection system: Equipped with an automatic control shutdown protection system, the system automatically shuts down to protect the machine in case of sheet breakage, paper shortage, or paper overlap.
4. Heating and drying system: A large heating roller with a diameter of 920mm, combined with an oven thermal circulation system, can achieve high-speed start-up and heating within 10-15 minutes. The heating speed is more than twice that of traditional oil heating devices, and the heat circulation can save a lot of energy consumption.
5. Heating and laminating system: A large heating roller with a diameter of 400mm, combined with an electromagnetic heating system, can achieve heating within 5 minutes, with stronger environmental and energy-saving capabilities.
6. Automatic hydraulic system: The hydraulic system automatically provides stable high pressure to ensure the quality of lamination.
7. Human computer interaction system: Adopting a 10 inch color touch screen, easy to operate. The operator can check the working status of the machine at any time from the touch screen.
8. Inflation axis and tension control system: Adopting an inflation axis, it is easy to load the film and accurately locate the film through the scale of the inflation axis. At the same time, the intelligent tension adjustment system is easy to control the tension of the film and improve the coating effect.
9. High precision cutting system: equipped with a disc cutter, supplemented by a pneumatic breaking device, servo control, fast cutting speed, can perfectly cut BOPP or OPP film without tail film.
10. Anti curling mechanism: Adopting a thin paper flattening and anti curling mechanism and a wave shaped paper feeding mechanism, specifically designed for thin paper to prevent paper curling.
11. Automatic paper receiving machine: equipped with an infrared sensor, it can automatically count the paper, and can achieve non-stop paper receiving in three directions at high speed, greatly improving production efficiency.
12. Automatic lifting platform: Automatic control lifting platform, safe and stable, equipped with a safety gear bar device below the tabletop. When the tabletop descends and encounters obstacles, it stops descending to ensure safety and save manpower.
